1. | 1. Preparations for building the new studio desk. A basic sketch over what i had in mind. First piece out of 4 sawn from MDF for the rack units. |
2. | 2. First unit being assembled. Notice the stable base, so it doesn't sway because of the weight. |

4. | 4. Reinforcement on the front and back. Plastering and grinding of the 2 units |
5. | 5. Painting several layers in white. Beginning to look really nice now... |
6. | 6. Mounting aluminium rack strips, and a protection against shoes at the bottom. |
7. | 7. Time for the mid-section and getting those angles right... |
8. | 8. Heights and angles are calculated so the mixing desk will fit nicely. |
9. | 9. Final touch on the mid-section before painting. |
10. | 10. Test assembling to get the correct working height. |
11. | 11. Mounting all the three parts together. Fixing power distribution units on the back. |

13. | 13. About 1 inch left to the walls on each side...That was close! Mounting equipments now. |
14. | 14. The mixing desk fits perfectly. Mounting LED lights and screens. Testing how it will look with the white Yamaha HS8 monitors. |
15. | 15. Special mount for the screens, so they can be moved around easily.

17. | 17. The front screens were replaced by JVC widescreen monitors. Much better.
What shall we do with the 2 other screens? I have an idea... |
